Grant Burge Balthasar Shiraz is part of the Wines of Distinction range, celebrating premium old vine fruit. It is made from four individual grape parcels grown in the Eden Valley.

Each batch follows a unique fermentation regime. The wine spends extended time on skins which adds to the depth of flavour. After pressing, the wine is transferred to French oak to age for 18 months.

Inky ruby red, Grant Burge Balthasar Shiraz is complex and full bodied with red berry flavours and soft silky tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
